Afghan public health ministry has said that at least 100 people were killed and more than 600 were injured in a truck bombing in Kabul, the Afghan capital city.
Officials believed the death toll could rise above 100, as many injured persons were in severe conditions. Most of the wounded civilians were rushed to the nearby government hospital, while security personnel injured in the attack were brought to a military hospital in the city.
